Description
The victim was driving away from a nearby daycare after dropping off his two children. Two ICE agents attempted to execute a traffic stop of Viegas Gonzalez on a residential street. Viegas Gonzalez took off at a slow rate of speed given the traffic. One of the agents shot Viegas Gonzalez, and he later died on the scene. His car collided with and was partly crushed by a nearby semi-truck, but it's unclear whether he was shot before or after the crash.
